She calls me Angel

Cooper here, I want to tell you about a woman who calls me Angel.  I met Claudia while my human and I were at Training Cesar's Way Fundamental training.  Each day the humans would meditate.  I don't fully understand meditating, but it seems to make the humans calm.  I hear a lot of breathing and feel the energy change in the humans.

Give me the ball and no one gets hurt!

Does your dog have an obsession with something?

Do they not know when to quit?

Are they a danger to small children if the object is between them and child?

Is your dog big enough to knock an elderly person down and injure them?

This describes my dog.  Cooper, a happy go lucky golden retriever that has such an obsession with tennis balls that I have put all the balls up on top of furniture in order to control his obsession.

Letters from Daisy - Day 4

Today is day 4 away from you.  I am being a very good girl and trying to follow instructions from Sandy.  She told me I am doing very well with getting into my crate.  All she says is "Daisy in" and I go and walk right into my crate!  The treats here are pretty good, sometimes I don't want the first one that is offered and Sandy will give me a choice of treats!  I pick one and nibble on it for a while.  If I don't eat it right away, the little monster Cricket will come and try to talk me into giving it to him.  I don't want him to gain wait so I eat it.

So much has happened since my previous email.

This person you gave my lead to is crazy! We have gone for 2 walks in 2 days!  The first day we walked from the house. We walked up this gravel road and everything was going well until I saw IT, a SEWER GRATE!

I!

WAS!

TERRIFIED!

Letters from Daisy - Day 1

I wanted to write and let you know how my adventure has gone so far.  It was a long car ride home - mainly because Mickey and Sandy both had to stop and go potty.  You would think that being intellectual humans they would have coordinated their schedules better and been more efficient.  They really should learn to be more instinctual and follow the example of dogs and just had a pee potty all in one spot.

Cooper's Adventure - Florida Here We Come!

Hi!  I am a Golden Retriever.  Some people call me a horse becuase I am taller than the usual Golden's.  I think I am just right, I am a perfect size to be a lap dog.  I think my name is Cooper, sometimes my human calls me knothead, she also calls me Coop.  People say I have a big bump on my head, I've never seen it but it must be there because I hear about it a lot.  My human asked the vet about it one time, she told my mom it was my spare tennis ball, I REALLY like tennis balls.

BALL????  DID SOMEONE SAY BALL???

Sorry, I get distracted easily.

We're off to train with Cesar!

What would you do if you had the opportunity to learn from someone who you admire and respected?  Would you daydream about it?  Begin to visualize what that experience would be like?  Start seeing more possibilities for your future?
